One possibility is that it is made by Van Engelen, in which case its origin would be Lier, Belgium, Europe. Another possibility is that it is from a company such as Firth, Hall & Pond and made in the style of E. G. Wright and Graves & Co. (who were the leading keyed bugle producers in the United States).
