Notes:

  • Two sections, no separate foot joint, ebonite head joint with embouchure plate, metal bore, oval embouchure.

  • Stamped MADE BY / C.G. CONN / ELKHART / IND. and UNION / MRBR / B&SW / LABEL on middle joint. Serial number engraved under G-sharp. “H” engraved on rib. Heavily faded gold embossed eagle trademark on head joint.

  • Boehm system, gold-plated plateau keys, post and rod on ribs, ebonite crutches (thumb missing).

  • An example of the “Conn Wonder Flute.” This exact finish is not found in either 1904 or 1906 catalogues (1905 catalogue is unavailable), suggesting a possible custom order; similar configurations listed between $70 and $100.

  • Original condition.
